Amazon staffers will introduce you to Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), the powerful, free way to create both digital and print books. After the Amazon overview, self-published author Beth Bacon will demonstrate how easy it is for anyone to use these tools. Is self-publishing right for you? Beth Bacon writes funny books for 6-9 year old intermediate reluctant readers. Her books include: I Hate Reading, The Book No One Wants To Read, Blank Space and The Worst Book Ever. In addition to writing, Beth Bacon enjoys hiking and traveling to new places. She holds an MFA in writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She also has a degree in Communication Theory from NYU and a degree in Literature from Harvard University.
